Exceptionally comfortable room with good bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Great and brilliant location for Liverpool, short walk to the railway station and the city centre and all bars and clubs. Also, on in the pub below.

Central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room and the very clean bed. Good and convenient location, very close to Liverpool One Shopping Complex. Just 5 min walk to downtown. Nice selection of restaurants and bars.

Great stay in the heart of the city!
We spent a night in a Beautiful Double room and it was super comfy! Loved having tea and coffee right in the room. The shower was fab and the linens felt really nice. We did get to enjoy some local Irish tunes from a nearby bar. Just a heads up, those stairs are a bit steep if you got big bags!

Great location but be prepared for noise
The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to many attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were cute and helpful. The noise from the bar below was disruptive, especially late at night, which might be a problem for light sleepers.

good but could be better
The large room provided ample space for my family with children and the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. The staff were always approachable and ready to help .
The long staircase to the entrance was slightly inconvenient.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend outing in Liverpool at a reasonable price. The music from the pub below was loud, but my kids slept through it. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Lively atmosphere but not ideal for early nights
We stayed for one night in a Beautiful Family Room. The location above an Irish pub added excitement, but the noise made it hard to sleep early. For families with young children, consider earplugs! Convenient access to the vibrant local scene right below.

The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from Liverpool One and the Royal Albert Dock. The nightlife was right at our doorstep. The staff were super friendly, and the room had everything we needed.
Only downside was the early 10am check-out, but it didn't ruin our stay.
